I have created a VM DB Server on NIC Cloud using the template with CentOS version 7.6.1810 and MariaDB Version 10.4.6. The default admin user for the MariaDB database server given in the template is super@localhost and not root@localhost. Whereas VA scan report say that Non-admin user has access to the MySQL master database. Only the root user should have access to the MySQL master database. It is recommended to remove unneeded privileges. Advise please.

Integrating python application into apache 2.4 with mod_wsgi. The problem is when we expcet an output as string, but received UTF-8 characters.
Where we expect the output as “मात्राwhen we give input as “matra” and the selected language is Hindi.
